    When Lancôme breaks makeup conventions through an exclusive influencer experience

    As part of the international #MESSWITHLANCOME campaign, Lancôme envisioned an unconventional experience, designed as a creative manifesto for beauty influencers. An event where every detail was crafted to encourage self-expression, boldness, and creativity.

    In collaboration with Table Festive and the influencer agency WOO, the brand invited a select group of content creators to an immersive masterclass at the heart of a place as aesthetic as it was inspiring: La Verrerie Rose.

    The Objective: Create an Experiential and Differentiated Event

    For Lancôme, the stakes were clear: go beyond the classic beauty masterclass format. It wasn't just about presenting products or techniques, but about conveying a vision, a mindset.

    With the #MESSWITHLANCOME campaign, the brand encourages breaking established makeup rules, experimenting, mixing, repurposing, and having fun.

    Influencer event objectives:

    • Strengthen the emotional connection between the brand and influencers
    • Encourage the creation of authentic and creative content
    • Physically embody the bold DNA of the campaign
    • Generate organic buzz on social media

    An intimate, immersive, and highly designed format, conceived to make a lasting impression and create a strong memory.

    A Strategic Collaboration Table Festive × WOO

    To bring this vision to life, Lancôme partnered with two complementary entities.

    WOO Agency: Influencer Strategy

    Specializing in influencer strategies, WOO orchestrated the selection of invited profiles and the overall event dynamic. The choice fell on a small group of influencers to preserve the exclusivity of the experience.

    This targeted approach allows for:

    • Better appropriation of the brand message
    • Higher quality content
    • True creative freedom for creators

    Table Festive: Scenography & Sensory Experience

    For its part, Table Festive played a central role in the overall design of the experience. Much more than a simple event provider, Table Festive imagined a coherent, fluid, and inspiring scenography, where each space told a part of the #MESSWITHLANCOME story.

    The objective: Create an Instagrammable, immersive, and welcoming event where influencers feel free to explore, create, and share.


    A Sweet and Savory Food Area: A Moment for Sharing

    Because a successful influencer event also involves the comfort and enjoyment of guests, Table Festive designed a sweet and savory food area that was both gourmet and aesthetic.

    Far from a simple catering service, this space became a true place for breaks, exchanges, and conviviality. The carefully selected dishes also played with the visual codes of the event, blending colors, textures, and meticulous presentations.

    Nearby, a beverage area highlighted Yoleau, an elegant and refreshing drink, perfectly in line with Lancôme's premium and lifestyle universe.

    The #MESSWITHLANCOME Space: The Creative Core

    The true central point of the event, the #MESSWITHLANCOME space alone embodied the campaign's message. Here, everything encouraged experimentation.

    A wide selection of Lancôme makeup products was available to influencers, allowing them to test, mix, and repurpose traditional uses. No strict rules, no constraints: just the freedom to create.

    To enhance the visual and immersive aspect, Table Festive designed a strong scenography:

    • A wall of posters featuring Lancôme's iconic muses
    • A messy table with makeup available, a nod to experimentation
    • A deliberately unconventional ambiance, designed for photos and videos
    • Strong and unconventional branding

    This space was conceived as a decor in itself, perfectly adapted to the codes of Instagram and TikTok.

    Personalized Goodies to Extend the Experience

    In any influencer event, goodies play a key role: they extend the experience far beyond the actual day.

    Influencers received a selection of pink goodies, entirely personalized with Lancôme's colors:

    Exclusive accessories

    Objects that are both useful, aesthetic, and perfectly aligned with the brand's universe, designed to be naturally shared on social media.

    A Personalized Photo Booth

    To encourage content creation and offer an immediate souvenir to guests, a personalized Lancôme photo booth was installed at the heart of the event.

    With its tailor-made dressing and strong visual identity, it allowed influencers to leave with branded photos, ready to be published.

    A simple yet incredibly effective tool to amplify the visibility of the #MESSWITHLANCOME campaign.
