    When a fresh food store becomes the setting for an influencer evening designed to make an impression

    How to transform an everyday place into a memorable experience? To assert its positioning, Fresh chose an immersive influencer event at the heart of one of its stores. The objective: to create a strong, human, and sincere moment, capable of generating both emotion and content.

    The Table Festive teams worked closely with the Fresh brand and its agency to bring this unique raclette party to life.

    Why Host an Influencer Event in Store?

    Fresh wanted to break away from classic formats, often disconnected from the reality of its sales points, to offer an experience aligned with its DNA: conviviality, proximity, and generosity.

    The challenge was twofold:

    • Create a differentiating moment for the invited content creators
    • Anchor the brand in real use, as close as possible to its daily universe

    The organizing agency called on Table Festive to imagine a scenography capable of transforming the space without distorting it, and of making the store a true reception venue.

    The Table Festive Mission

    Our mission was clear: create a memorable experience without overdoing it. To achieve this, we worked on:

    A Warm & Friendly Table

    Equipped with individual raclette machines, decorated with fruits and vegetables in the brand's colors, enhanced with throws to reinforce the welcoming aspect.

    Two Carefully Designed Kiosks

    Food and beverage kiosks where every element — from decoration to signage — was chosen for its aesthetics and coherence.

    Subtle & Elegant Branding

    Complete personalization, from the store doors to engraved serving boards, without ever resorting to blatant advertising.

    The Table Festive approach: Each element had a precise role — to create moments, spark exchanges, and offer influencers settings they wanted to make their own.

    Emotion at the Heart of the Influencer Event

    What remains after an influencer event is not just the images produced, but the emotion experienced.

    During this raclette party, discussions around the table, laughter, and simple gestures created a sincere atmosphere, far from a stiff event.

    It is this emotion that gives rise to authentic content. Creators leave not with an imposed message, but with a lived experience that they naturally convey.
