The OVW Agency Christmas Dinner

OVW agency's Christmas dinner by TABLE FESTIVE
A sparkling and magical Christmas dinner for the OVW agency team and influencers
I smiled when I discovered Marie's Instagram stories one evening in November.
` The main challenge: creating a magical atmosphere for a dinner bringing together more than 14 female influencers and the entire OVW agency team
What key elements have I put in place in response to this challenge to create a magic specific to this festive period?
All the elements had to be Christmas-themed and, of course, very Instagrammable. I designed the event around several key elements:
A must-have Christmas balloon arch photo booth
Located in the heart of the main space, the idea was to create a balloon arch that would encourage people to capture joyful moments and take memorable photos. I therefore designed a completely gold backdrop, offering a shimmering effect, to create a dazzling and photogenic focal point. Perfect for a great visual impact and for social media.
Next, I incorporated exclusively red and gold balloons, embellished with candy cane-shaped balloons, for a perfect finish in the spirit of Christmas.

A candy bar cart was planned to hold all the sweet treats for the evening. However, a special activity had been planned by Marie and her team: the entire team and the agency's influencers were to participate in decorating the Christmas tree.
The usefulness of this candy bar cart, therefore, lies not only in adding extra magic to the Christmas balloon arch, permission to put up all the Christmas decorations to decorate the tree.
The result in pictures: quite successful, isn't it?

Congratulations Isaline for winning the ugliest Christmas sweater contest!
An appetizer table to start the evening
I had been informed that a table for a cocktail reception would be set up. I therefore wanted to create a decoration that would enhance the warm atmosphere while remaining within the Christmas theme.
Using a table bar, I was able to decorate it with foliage and various decorative elements such as gold stars, candy canes, and small hanging Christmas baubles. The emphasis was on the details to perfect this Christmas table decoration.

I added presentation stands that I sell on the TABLE FESTIVE website, these presentation trays and cocktail picks in the shape of a DACHSHUND. Marie is the owner of Flocky, the queen Dachshund that we can see in the photo, so the effect is guaranteed!

Positioned between the appetizer table and the Christmas balloon arch, I completed the decoration with these two cream-colored paper display stands, which I absolutely love and which always make a statement at any event. I placed two Nutcracker decorations of different sizes on top, giving the impression of two little jewels.

The Christmas dinner tables
Together with Marie, we defined the best table arrangement so that the 19 participants in this dinner would have an excellent time, both in terms of atmosphere and the arrangement of the assigned seats.
Once the three large tables were set up, I was able to lay them with the tableware I offer for rent. It's beautiful antique porcelain tableware that I take the time to hunt for in my free time.
I chose elegant plates adorned with a gold rim to enhance the gold presentation plates underneath.
The decoration of these Christmas tables has been meticulously planned down to the smallest detail to immerse the space in the magic of the holiday. We see fir garlands intertwined with golden fairy lights, delicate bouquets of red berries, and elegant candlesticks reminiscent of Parisian lampposts.
Red block and candlestick candles were placed on all the tables to delight the senses of the guests.
To complete this festive table decoration, I added two distinctive elements: Dachshund place cards and a golden biscuit placed in a small individual bell next to each plate.

And since I wanted to create a warm atmosphere at the start of the meal, I had the idea of personalizing a Christmas hat for each of the dinner guests. Each hat was carefully placed in a red gift box, which was then delicately placed on the plate.

As a finishing touch, I noticed that the ceiling looked "too white" compared to the magic of the festive tables. That's how I came up with the idea of adding a large, suspended golden cloud, creating the illusion of floating when the seated guests looked up.

A highly successful collaboration
This delightful Christmas dinner, organized by Table Festive for the Paris-based influencer agency OVW, was much more than just an event. It was an immersion in the magic of Christmas, carefully crafted to perfectly align with the authenticity of the committed content creators who were invited.
In addition to having greatly enjoyed designing and producing this event, I had the opportunity to meet Marie, a woman of exceptional kindness and dedication to the people around her, whether within her teams or with the partners with whom she collaborates.
