We all know the headache of finding a date that suits all our guests.
Let me remind you of the scene?
Julien is available Thursday evening, Alfred next Friday, while Mehdi and Constance are only available this Saturday evening. Alexandra can come over for drinks, but only on Friday.
And to communicate all of this, we have to juggle WhatsApp, SMS, calls and manage all this information.
In short, finding a common date is a real logistical headache.
To avoid all this mental burden of organization, I present in this article a completely free and very easy-to-use tool to simplify the process: DOODLE
To tell you more about the platform: Doodle is much more than just a platform for checking availability. It's an intuitive and user-friendly tool that allows you to efficiently coordinate schedules for your parties or events.
To start :
- Please connect via the following link: https://doodle.com/fr/
- Create a free account
- Click on "group poll"
- Enter the key information about your event, such as the date, time, and location.
- Select the dates you wish to offer your guests, as well as the time slot.
- Click on "Create and share" at the bottom of the calendar
- Now that your event is created, you can send it to your guests. How? By clicking the "Share invitation" button, you can copy the link and send it as you wish (by email to some, by WhatsApp to others).
For example, I sent the link to Lola via WhatsApp and she can also forward it to her friends.
- Your guests click on the link to indicate their different availabilities, without needing to create an account.
- Receive real-time availability information for each other
