To create your TABLE FESTIVE account (online or directly via the email address "contact@tablefestive.fr"), we use your name, gender, contact details, date of birth (in addition to your social security number if it is linked to your date of birth under local law), and any other information you voluntarily provide, such as your favorite TABLE FESTIVE collections or tables, other interests and preferred categories, or personalized product recommendations.
Your purchases in our online store or directly from TABLE FESTIVE. Only if you are a TABLE FESTIVE member can we link data from your purchases in our stores to your TABLE FESTIVE profile, based on verification of your personal data that you provide either during your online purchase or when confirming your order with TABLE FESTIVE (e.g., email address and/or mobile phone number), including the amount and date of your purchases, the Products or Services you purchase, payment status, discounts, promotional code used (if applicable), gift with purchase (optional) and any other optional personal card or engraved data.
Your online purchases. To complete your online purchases via the official TABLE FESTIVE store or through any other TABLE FESTIVE social media platform, we use your name, gender, phone number (if you voluntarily provide it), delivery method and address, and all other relevant information related to your purchases, such as the amount and date of your purchase, the product(s) or service(s) you are purchasing, the device you are using to make your purchase, the payment method, payment status, discounts (if applicable), the promotional code used (if applicable), gift with purchase (if applicable), any other optional personal card or engraved data. In order to offer you payment methods from third-party partners, we may transmit your personal data in the form of contact details and order information to these third parties during the payment process so that they can assess your eligibility for their payment methods and adapt these payment methods to your situation. The personal data you share with us during the personalization process when purchasing a personalized TABLE FESTIVE product. If you personalize TABLE FESTIVE products through us, we use your personalized data (e.g., the name you wish to have printed on the products) to fulfill your request and provide you with our services. If available, TABLE FESTIVE may also offer you the option to personalize certain products on the TABLE FESTIVE website (including, but not limited to, uploading and using a photo, video, GIF, or other file (hereinafter: the "Visual Element")). The Visual Element you provide will be made available by TABLE FESTIVE to these third-party partners for the creation of the personalized products until the personalized product is fully completed.
Your personal data is collected when you subscribe to our newsletter. To send you the TABLE FESTIVE newsletter with inspiring and commercial content, we use your email address and any additional information you add to your profile, such as your name, date of birth, and favorite store. TABLE FESTIVE also sends personalized newsletters based on your personal preferences.
Your communication data. All data shared when you communicate with us by email, internet, telephone, social media, or any other means. This may include questions, requests, or complaints.
Your personal data relating to sweepstakes, prize subscriptions, campaigns targeting potential customers, contests, or sampling programs. All data you provide when you participate in a lottery, a prize subscription, a campaign targeting potential customers, a contest, or a sampling program.
The ratings you give, as well as your observations and comments. The views, experiences, preferences and interests, as well as the observations made regarding the Products or events that you publish on our websites or share with us online or via social media.

5. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We share your Personal Data with the following parties:
Third-party suppliers. We solicit third parties at any time in order to provide our Products and Services; these include, but are not limited to:

TABLE FESTIVE is committed to taking all reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Data is accurate.
Right to withdraw your consent – You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time, by following the instructions in any such communication or by completing the form as described below. Where we use your Personal Data based on your consent for purposes other than marketing communications, you have the right to withdraw your consent by completing the form as described below.
Right to erasure – You have the right to request the erasure of all irrelevant personal data we hold about you when (i) this data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; (ii) you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing; (iii) you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, or – for any other purpose – and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing; (iv) we have unlawfully processed your data. If you make such a request and all requirements are met, we will ensure that TABLE FESTIVE erases the data that we are not legally obligated to retain.
Right to restriction of use of data – You have the right to restrict our use of your Personal Data where (i) you contest the accuracy of said data; (ii) the use is unlawful, but you oppose the erasure of the data; (iii) we no longer need the Personal Data for the relevant purposes invoked, but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or (iv) you have objected to the use of the data based on our legitimate interests pending verification of whether the legitimate grounds pursued by TABLE FESTIVE override yours;
Right to data portability – insofar as we use your Personal Data in the context of the performance of a contract with you and this Personal Data is processed by automated means, you have the right to receive all of this Personal Data that you have provided to TABLE FESTIVE in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have us transmit it to another controller where technically feasible;
Right to object – to the extent that we rely on our legitimate interests to use your Personal Data, you have the right to object to such use and we are obliged to cease such processing until we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the use which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. Furthermore, you have the right to object to profiling activities carried out by TABLE FESTIVE;
Right to lodge a complaint – You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, if you consider that the collection and use of your Personal Data infringes this Privacy Policy or applicable law.
